Pumpkin Pecan Cheeseball
2-8oz packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup Ordinary Evelyn's Pumpkin Butter
Chopped nuts (pecans)
Caramel topping (optional)
Beat cream cheese and sugar until thoroughly combined. Add pumpkin butter and mix well. Chill 1 hour until slightly set. Roll pumpkin mixture in nuts. Drizzle with caramel if desired. Serve with graham crackers, ginger snaps or vanilla wafers.
